It is important that you take care of your apartment / house keys. Occasionally, you may find yourself locked out of your home or in need of a replacement key. If this occurs, please call 262-473-7300 to get a replacement key. Replacement keys are $15.00. In the case of a lock out, we do our best to accommodate tenants. However, we do not guarantee someone is available 24/7 to open a door.
First you must notify us of any repairs, no matter how minor they seem. All regular maintenance requests can be made using the Service Request Form, or by calling the office. Please do not report maintenance to a person on-site as we will have no documentation of the report and it may not get scheduled promptly. No report is too small, as often little things maybe a symptom of a larger issue, and if ignored a small repair can become a larger project. Any repair which goes unreported, thereby causing further damage to the Leased Premises, may incur charges to your account. Of course, we must have access to the Leased Premises to perform any repairs or maintenance, you may waive notice when completing the online Service Request Form, otherwise, we will notify you prior to the repair. You do not have to be home for a repair to happen.
Please call 262-473-7300 for emergency repairs, and if it is after hours, hold the line for someone to answer.
Charcoal grills, if permitted by your landlord, are only permitted when they are stored and used 25 feet away from any structure. Wisconsin's Fire Prevention Code, along with local city ordinances, prohibits the use of barbecue grills on decks and patios of multi-family housing. We can and will be fined if this ordinance is not adhered to. If we are fined, the cost will be passed along to the offenders. Be Safe!
We want you to be happy in your new home and welcome any suggestions. We really appreciate having you as one of our tenants and hope that you will enjoy your new home.
